About Nacra
Rooted in Mallorca, Inspired by the Mediterranean
At Nacra, our approach is simple: source the best local produce, fresh seafood, and seasonal ingredients, then let the Mediterranean do the talking.
Our kitchen draws inspiration from traditional recipes across Spain and the Balearics, while adding refined, creative touches. Every dish, from our signature black rice with cuttlefish to our grilled queen scallops, is crafted to delight.
Located directly on the waterfront in Port Andratx, with the best view of the sunset, our restaurant has a laid-back island feel. It's the ideal setting for a long lunch or a special evening by the sea.
We’re proud to be part of the Mallorca community, and we welcome locals and visitors alike with warmth, attention to detail, and a love for good food.

Get to Know Us
Our name "Nacra" comes from the Pinna nobilis, the noble pen shell, a magnificent, fan-shaped mollusc native to the Mediterranean Sea. Once abundant along the Balearic coast, the nacra is now a protected species, symbolising both the fragility and richness of our marine ecosystem.
This rare shell is known for its shimmering interior, which produces sea silk: a precious, thread-like fibre that has been spun by Mediterranean artisans for centuries. At Nacra, we draw inspiration from its natural beauty, its cultural heritage and its quiet resilience beneath the waves.
Like the nacra shell, our restaurant is a reflection of the Mediterranean and deeply connected to place. Our menus highlight local seafood, seasonal produce and traditional recipes reimagined with modern flair.
Located on the waterfront in Port Andratx, Nacra offers a relaxed yet refined setting to enjoy long lunches, sunset dinners or a drink by the sea. Whether you're a local or a visitor, we invite you to savour the spirit of the island with us.
